Guidelines for a Successful Consignment:*This contract cannot be void or changed once signed by consignor*
1. We only accept high quality clothing in excellent condition, in style, freshly laundered, neatly folded ready for hanger.
2. Clothing MUST BE PRESSED & CLEANED WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS!
3. We cannot accept clothing that is out-dated (more than 3 years old).
4. We only accept men’s casual clothes that are label lines such as A&F, Hollister, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, etc.(SEE NAME
BRAND LIST) if needed.
5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BABY CLOTHES, TOYS, ETC.
6. There will be a $5 annual consignment fee charged to acct. or you can pay up front.
7. We accept home decor items such as lamps, pictures, statues, & furniture. (Must be clean).
8. We accept GOOD costume & genuine jewelry pieces. We welcome shoes & purses that are like new.
9. Please limit your consignment items to 20 pieces (daily) or one drop off per week (as much as fit in plastic bin or
laundry basket) This allows for variety in the shop.
10. Please understand that we are a resale shop and not a charity store. These are your customers and they expect high
quality items. ***CLOTHING MUST NOT HAVE ANY ODORS OF ANY KIND***
DEJA' VU, ALL OVER AGAIN reserves the right not to accept any items that do not meet our standards for resale to
the public.
We will accept Fall & Winter clothing July through December & Spring and Summer items February through June.
PRICING:
Pricing is done by the shop & items will be progressively reduced until sold. Items can remain on the floor for [60]
days. Notification will be given when the [60] days end. Consignees will have [10] days to pick up unsold items. If not. The items will be donated to charity. IF CONSIGNER DECIDES TO PICK-UP ITEMS BEFORE THE CONSIGNED [60] DAY PERIOD YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE OF $10.00 PER MONTH EARLY RETREVIAL BEFORE THE 60th DAY.
PAYMENT:
Accounts are paid ONLY after 5 days of consignment start date and ONLY [5] days after the item is sold. DEJA' VU is not
responsible for lost or damaged items, for any reason. Payment for sold consignment goods will be available at ANY
TIME DURING YOUR contract period. Consignors will receive 40% of the sale price of each item sold. Or 50%
for anything valued at or over $100 at the time of sale. It is the consignor's responsibility to pick up their items
within 10 days of the end of the consignment period. All items that are NOT picked up within 10 days of the end
of the consignment period become the property of [Deja' Vu, All Over Again, LLC.] for services rendered.
Deja' Vu, WILL NOT be responsible for consignors items due to fire, theft, or damage during the period of
consignment. Consignors are responsible to pick-up all money due to them within one year of consignment date.

Days or longer if we feel the item is still in season and or can bring the consignor/shop proceeds on that item(s). After this contract is signed you ARE NOT allowed to change your mind to pick-up AT ANY TIME as this can cause major issues and controversy between Déjà vu and consignor. So, before you consign and opt to donate please read over this carefully.
